Dolphin Encounter in the Santa Barbara Channel: 9.03.05 These are short beaked common dolphins (delphinus- delphis) which
were feeding on bait this past Saturday. We were with them for
over 1.5 hrs on the way to a filming project. The school was 5
miles off Santa Cruz Painted cave area in the shipping lanes. And
yes they do jump that high.. check the video to see for yourself. |
